Support throughout the whole process is provided online, over the phone and at the support center.
A final examination at the completion of the course will help you better understand your strengths and weaknesses,

The training program will include a web-based infrastructure, collaborative tools, content references, and interactive on-line lessons
to compliment face-to-face instruction. Students participate in self paced study online, followed by an in-class group lesson to discuss
